Faccia has been with us since she was 8 weeks old, now at 6 years she is considered one of the old matriarchs , she is very dignified and I guess you could say a bit stuck up when it comes to the fuss of the younger dogs. Faccia however can and does display moments of sheer neo madness, that's where the flop over on the backs legs kicking in the air barking like a hound of hell :) Faccia has had a great influence to our lines, she has had 3 litters ( the max we will breed our females ), her first litter we kept Nuncio, Mia and Dyamba, her 2nd litter we kept Taboo and her third litter although not planned resulted in Nunciata. Faccia like Mia is my constant shadow, she sleeps by my bed at night and during the day she can be found close by as well, she does enjoy her afternoon sunning session, although now that it is getting colder she will migrate to a heating vent and not her favorite outside spot. I look at the gray on her muzzle and the wise look in her eyes and I think back to the first time I held her, we have shared many wonderful years together and I hope many more as well.
